{"id":99,"date":"2010-06-13T20:19:56","date_gmt":"2010-06-14T01:19:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thewilhelmscook.com\/?p=99"},"modified":"2011-09-18T19:42:57","modified_gmt":"2011-09-19T00:42:57","slug":"monkfish-provincial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thewilhelmscook.tempotech.net\/?p=99","title":{"rendered":"Monkfish Provincial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Monkfish Provincial (except Dad doesn&#8217;t use monkfish or provincial!)\u00a0 Easy dish and quick.\u00a0 Serve over rice.\u00a0 About 2-3 servings.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste (very little salt)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp fajita seasoning<br \/>\n1\/4 cup flour<br \/>\n1 lb halibut (monkfish or tilapia) &#8211; roughly chopped<br \/>\n1 TBP olive oil<br \/>\n1 TBP butter<br \/>\n1 clove garlic (or less)<br \/>\n4 TBP RoTel tomatoes<br \/>\n8 oz fresh mushrooms sliced<br \/>\n2 TBP white wine<br \/>\nsome dried parsley<\/p>\n<p>Mix the fajita seasoning, flour, salt and pepper.\u00a0 Lightly coat fish.\u00a0 Saute the mushrooms and garlic in 1\/2 tbp butter.\u00a0 In a separate pan, heat the olive oil and 1\/2 tbp butter.\u00a0 Cook the coated fish for 3 minutes.\u00a0 Mix in the garlic, mushrooms and Rotels.\u00a0 Cook another 2 minutes.\u00a0 Add the white wine and parsley and cook another minute or so.\u00a0 Serve over rice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monkfish Provincial (except Dad doesn&#8217;t use monkfish or provincial!)\u00a0 Easy dish and quick.\u00a0 Serve over rice.\u00a0 About 2-3 servings.
