{"id":376,"date":"2012-05-12T15:49:42","date_gmt":"2012-05-12T20:49:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thewilhelmscook.com\/?p=376"},"modified":"2012-05-12T15:49:42","modified_gmt":"2012-05-12T20:49:42","slug":"crash-hot-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thewilhelmscook.tempotech.net\/?p=376","title":{"rendered":"Crash Hot Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I made these to go with some ribs we made for Spurs-watching party we had last weekend. \u00a0(Go Spurs Go!) \u00a0I was really trying to perfect my rib recipe, but alas, they were dry, (either because I overcrowded the pan I roasted them in, or I had company over&#8230;not sure which). \u00a0Anyway, we had these potatoes too, and, well, I didn&#8217;t find them perfect either.
